About the Show
Menopause The Musical has been running in Las Vegas since 2006 and holds the title of the longest-running musical in Las Vegas history — over 6,000 performances. The concept is simple and the execution is sharp: four women meet by chance at a department store lingerie sale, bond over a black lacy bra, and spend 90 minutes laughing together about hot flashes, mood swings, memory loss, weight gain, and everything else that comes with “the change.”
The comedy comes through 25 parody songs rewritten from beloved hits of the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s. The all-female cast at Harrah’s Cabaret are seasoned vocalists who belt, improvise, and regularly turn the room into a singalong by the finale. The intimate venue means no bad seats and the energy stays personal throughout.
