The Vegas outpost of the legendary New York club at the Rio — five comics doing 15–20 minute sets over 90 minutes. The closest thing in town to a true big-city comedy-club lineup.
Laugh Factory
Horseshoe · 18+
A rotating-lineup stand-up club (opener, middle, headliner) at Horseshoe, running two shows a night. The classic comedy-club format on the Strip, with a nationally known brand behind it.
Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
LINQ Promenade · 18+
A 300-seat club curated by Jimmy Kimmel on the LINQ Promenade, with rotating headliners and rising comics. A polished, well-run room in a prime Strip-adjacent spot.
LA Comedy Club
The STRAT · 18+
A high-volume stand-up club in the Dragon Room at The STRAT — two openers plus a headliner, 21 shows a week. Easygoing, reliably busy, and a solid value pick.
Las Vegas Live Comedy Club
Planet Hollywood · 16+
A nightly 75-minute stand-up show headlined by Julio Gonzalez with rotating acts at the V Theater in Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops. A no-fuss laugh stop right on the Strip.
Delirious Comedy Club
Silver Sevens · NC-17

A 60-minute showcase with a rotating lineup of Black comedians (free drink included) at the V4 Theater in Planet Hollywood. A lively, high-energy room and an easy, affordable laugh on the Strip.
How to choose
- Want a marquee name? Carrot Top for prop-comedy chaos, Eddie Griffin for a raw stand-up residency.
- Want a true comedy club? Comedy Cellar and Brad Garrett’s bring strong rotating touring headliners.
- On a budget or off-Strip? Delirious, Downtown Comedy Lounge, and Vinnie Favorito play smaller downtown rooms.
- Don’t mind being roasted? Vinnie Favorito’s whole act is working the crowd — sit up front at your own risk.
