About the Show

Wayne Newton has performed in Las Vegas since May 1959 and headlined at the Flamingo since 1963, a run that now carries him into his 68th year in the city. He has played more than 50,000 shows here to an estimated 40 million people, recorded 165 albums, and holds a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame along with the first star ever placed on the Las Vegas Walk of Fame.

This is deliberately not a big production. Newton performs with a three-piece band in an intimate showroom, moving between songs, film clips from across his career, personal stories, and live questions taken from the audience. He plays thirteen instruments across the evening, including guitar, fiddle and steel guitar. VIP tickets include a post-show meet-and-greet with Newton himself.

Choose it if you want living Las Vegas history, a small room, or a performer who will actually talk to the audience. Skip it if you’re looking for a full production show, a large-scale band, or a contemporary set list.
